Callistemon viminalis ‘Dawson River Weeper’ – Bottlebrush –  native shrub.

A tall evergreen large shrub (small tree) with weeping, grey-green foliage, and bright red bottlebrush flowers in late Spring & Autumn. 

Uses: ideal as a feature shrub or for screening. Flowers attract nectar-feeding birds and insects.

Flowering: large red bottlebrush shaped flowers, Spring and Autumn

Aspect: full sun, part shade

Soil type: well drained soils

Maintenance: tolerates drought, light frost, coastal conditions and boggy soils; prune lightly after flowering to maintain shape if required.
