Dietes bicolour –  Peacock Flower – grass

Fast growing clumping grassy plant that is very hardy in landscape features, natural planting schemes, and as erosion and weed control.  Flowers are pale creamy yellow with dark brown spots, shaped like iris flowers.

Uses: companion planting, erosion control, weed suppressing, low maintenance gardens, borders and edging. 

Dimensions: H 80cm | W 80cm
Flowering: creamy yellow with dark brown spots, shaped like iris flowers. Flowers in Spring through Summer .
Aspect: full sun.
Soil type: prefers well drained soil.

Maintenance: trim back in Spring to around 200mm if foliage becomes untidy. Requires little water once established. Moderately frost-hardy and drought tolerant
